WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A BIKE RACK AND NOT LET PEOPLE PARK THEM THERE.
I also let them know that I just moved here and there was no place in any of the documents or welcome papers that said I could not park my bike in th bike racks. To me that sounds counter intuitive
