Paris recently celebrated her 1st anniversary with Atlanta Eye Group and, in that time, has become an essential part of Team Kennesaw. Her growth this past year has been incredible to watch. Dependable and committed to exceptional patient care, Paris continues to strengthen her clinical skills each day and has proudly earned her CPO certification.

She was also recently honored with AEG’s Rising Star Award, a well-deserved recognition of her hard work and the positive impact she makes on both patients and colleagues.

We are so proud of all she has accomplished in just one year and can’t wait to see what’s ahead. Congratulations, Paris! 👏✨

Since joining Atlanta Eye Group's Patient Care Representative team in the fall of 2024, Ayana has been fully committed to learning how AEG operates so she can provide the very best support to our patients. Her drive to grow and improve the patient experience has set her apart in an incredible way.

Ayana became the first Patient Care Representative at AEG to pass her Certified Paraoptometric exam — all without prior experience working as a technician in the clinics. This is a huge achievement and a testament to her ambition, dedication, and heart for patient care.

Ayana consistently shows a willingness to go above and beyond, and we are so lucky to have her as part of the AEG family. 👏💙

She leads by example every day, serves as an incredible role model to her team, and inspires those around her to always strive for excellence in patient care. Her passion for our patients and her unwavering dedication to AEG do not go unnoticed.

This week we are celebrating Chikako, who has been with AEG since the very beginning and truly serves as a backbone of our company. While our patients may not see her in the clinics, her impact is felt every single day behind the scenes.

Chikako handles our back-end billing and auditing, ensuring we remain accurate, compliant, and running smoothly. Even during our busy season, she consistently delivers everything accurately, timely, and without hesitation. She is always just a message away, incredibly dependable, and someone our entire team can rely on.
