🚨 Urgent: Georgia’s farmers are facing a volatile future. 🚜

The 2026 Farm Bill is heading for a vote on April 27th, and it includes a dangerous shift: moving critical funding from "mandatory" to "discretionary." This means that many resources our farmers rely on for conservation agriculture could disappear during the next government shutdown.

We are also mourning the loss of a visionary statesman, Representative David Scott, a tireless champion for Georgia’s agricultural community. Now more than ever, we must carry his torch and make our voices heard.

How you can help:
1. Call your Representative. Tell them: “Don’t leave Georgia farmers behind, I oppose the Farm Bill.”

We'll take a tour of Comfort Farms and have an in depth conversation with Farmer Jon Jackson about land stewardship, seed saving, raising livestock, and growing vegetables in a closed loop system using organic practices. This farmer field day is free to attend and lunch is provided. Pre-registration is required.
