Hold on to your faith with a STRONG grip!

One thing that always crosses my mind and makes me tear up is where I once studied a subject on the realities of Hell. It's not a place that many people would want to go; however, some say they don't care if they go, they really believe they can merit the adversary into treating them good once they are there just because they took his side and put in some evil work on earth in his honor. Yet, scripture testifies that there is no good found in Hell; instead, there will be a furnace with wailing and the gnashing of teeth (Matthew 13:42). No good is found in Hell, which includes every bit of good found in people. Nonbelievers will be stripped of their good: charity, sense of humor, forgiveness, patience, etc.; the only thing left of them will be their sins and infirmities, unhealed. No one wants to believe that their loved ones would be found in such a place because they were funny, dependable, soft-spoken, talented, the life of every party, etc., yet those attributes save no one. To reiterate, those you knew unsaved no longer possess those attributes; they are now left with only the sin and infirmities found in them. You don't know that person anymore. No good thrives in Hell. Yet, good is magnified in heaven; there is no evil found in heaven; you and your loved ones become sinless, a wonderful and amazing promise to behold. The only way to a better life than today is through Christ Yeshua (Jesus). God wants no one going to a life of shame, pain, and torment. God wants us all to have a better life beyond what we know now... covid, cancer, murders, strife, wars, suffering, mourning, depression, poverty, betrayal, injustice, oppression, etc. Don't take for granted each day of life that God gives you through grace to accept the ransom that was freely given to you in love to save you from a terrible eternal fate. Life on earth is a gamble, here today, gone tomorrow, but death is for sure, and eternity is forever.
