Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!! If I’m being honest it’s also the hardest one for me to consume due to rushing to work or whatever I have planned for the day.. that’s why meal prepping is sooo important. breaks the overnight fasting period. Breakfast replenishes your supply of glucose to boost your energy levels and alertness, while also providing other essential nutrients required for good health.
