Good Neighbors Help is sponsored by the Jan Rooney Agency as part of its effort to be a good neighbor, and give back to the local community in which the agency thrives; our mission is to partner with local non-profit organizations, community organizations and youth organizations to help them meet their fund raising goals and requirements. As a good neighbor, I want to help others in their effort t
o be good neighbors by supporting our neighboring community causes. Whether they are food banks, PTAs, football boosters, humane organizations, church groups, local habitat chapters, scouts, medical relief, mission trips, biker groups, clubs, conservation groups, local history societies, brotherhoods and fraternities, or any other local group, if they help our community, I want to help them. For every individual, family, or business that request and receives an insurance quote referred to the agency by the partner cause, the agency will make a $5 cash contribution directly to the referring cause. I see this as part of our obligation to be the home town agent and concierge agency in Cherokee County and its surrounding communities. As a contributor you have an opportunity to help your favorite cause raise funds. As a community non-profit or organization in need of funding, our goal is to help you raise new awareness of your cause and need, while allowing your existing support base to create new streams of contributions. We are currently working with several prospective partners to startup the program. Contact us right now for a quote, and we will make a $5 contribution to the local cause of your choice. In order for the program to receive the donation, the referral must provide the information necessary for the agency to generate the quote, and then receive the quote. There is no obligation to purchase any insurance product quoted. Program donations cannot be made for referrals of existing State Farm insured’s or individuals under the age of 18. Program donations will not be made to political candidates, PAC’s, parties, or organizations with specific political agendas. In these events, contributions will alternatively be made to local food banks.
