Dysfunction here can cause a multitude of symptoms such as headaches, jaw pain, clicking, pain in the neck, jaw, face, or all around these structures. Here is a simple technique to decrease compression/tension in the Temporalis and the masseter muscles which are prime movers in closing the jaw. Try these as a mid day break or to improve mobility in the jaw, skull and face. Move slowly, and keep it light no need for forceful movements around these areas.

Cervical Isometrics, apply manual resistance {your hand} to the head to build stability In the cervical spine. This is a nice way to improve head control, offset faulty posture and decrease neck pain. We are working 3 planes of motion, Side Bend - left and right, Rotation- Left and right, Flexion and Extension.
🔷Start slow by using minimal force
🔷Slowly build up, without moving head for 5-10”
🔷 Ramp down resistance, keeping the love pain free- stay within your limits.
💊 Go through each motion 2-4x.
