Dale was able to come early to start the job. What I thought was going to end in a giant hole in my wall and an unusable shower turned into a very simple diagnosis. He also noticed a hairline fracture in the new showerhead I had bought and was able to get me a comparable part from his truck. He is extremely knowledgeable about the materials used such as the unfortunate Polybutylene pipes behind my walls and in the slab under my condo. Dale fixed both of my diverter stems for each of my showers. Then, he noticed that my poor bathroom door hinges were starting to pull away from the door (from old ownership). He repaired them with longer drywall screws he had on hand. He did the same on my bedroom door. I feel extremely lucky to know Dale.
