About Your Trainer Dave DiGeronimo:
Dave has an extensive retail automotive career that began in 1979 selling cars. He quickly became one of the top salespeople and rose through the ranks of management. There he gained valuable experience in all phases of dealership operations.

In 1988 he left the retail side of the business to become a dealer consultant for an automotive agency in Miami, Florida. As a top performer, Dave became recognized as an expert dealership consultant and trainer. In 1992 he was recruited by an Atlanta based V.S.C. provider. During his 12-year career there he was promoted to the role of Vice President and National Sales Manager. Dave is also AFIP certified and certified as a trainer for Action Selling. There he continued to use his training and development skills for dealership and agency training. In his 12 years with that company, they grew from 4 agents selling 800 service contracts a month to over 150 agents and 35,000 + contracts a month.

In 2004 Dave relocated to Anderson South Carolina to start his own training and consulting agency, which he still operates today. When he is not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Vinia to whom he has been married to since 1990 and their two dachshunds, Baci and Valentina. In his down time Dave enjoys an escape from reality with his involvement in community theatre. He is an actor, director and playwright. He is also the founder and executive director of the RPM Theatre Company. “Theatre a lot less dangerous than playing in an over 50 football, baseball or basketball league.”
