Today’s tip: Keep Heads Supported & Faces Unobstructed
Contact naps can be sweet and safe, as long as you follow the tips below.
😴 Always stay awake and sober.
😴 Keep baby’s head supported in a neutral position to prevent positional asphyxiation.
😴 Make sure nothing covers their nose or mouth. A clear airway is key to safe snuggles.
