Why you crash in the afternoon even if you drink coffee.

If you feel exhausted around 2–3pm, have cravings, or feel like your energy disappears… your morning routine could be the reason.

Most women start their day with caffeine instead of hydration and real fuel, which leads to energy crashes later.

Small changes in the morning can make a big difference in how you feel all day.
