Story Bridge - Artist Within

This month I want to focus on ways to share love. Ways we can let those around us know how much they mean to us. Dare I say it, how much we love them.

Life is short. Take every opportunity you can to let those near and dear to you know that their presence in your life matters.

Spread Love. Spread Kindness. ❤️😊

On this fifth week of this new year, I invite you to join me in our last two (2) minute exercise. Two minutes, twice a day, for the coming week.

We started the year with the word ‘Opening’, then ‘Grace’, ‘Renewing’, then ‘Peace’ last week, and now ‘Knowing’.

Each week for the month of January we have incorporated a different attribute of Love. One at a time. Into our lives. Into our days. Into our relationships.

Getting to the heart of it!
That’s when the real magic of life begins!
