Hi everyone! ✨ it’s been awhile since I’ve seen you all! A lot of life has happened for all of us and I would love to hear how everybody is going 🙂
I am putting this here because a few people have reached out to me privately on messenger, asking if I would potentially start up some classes again, it seemed to be falling into the right time as I had been thinking about it myself over the last couple of months. I currently have access to a beautiful big barn in Marietta (closer to the Austell side) where I could run classes on Saturday mornings at 9 AM. So I would love to know if anyone would be interested? I know this page has been asleep for quite some time so I’m not sure who will see this. If you do see it and you know anyone that might be interested please tag them and let’s see if we can get the crew back together and open the space for more new people. ☺️
The way I approach these classes has changed a little bit, where I am involving a lot more functional movement and other modalities, so it really is a body, mind soul and spirit focus, but you will still leave feeling deeply relaxed and released in your body , rested, energized, and my hope is deeply encouraged!

We will start off gentle and slow and work our way up from there.
