โจ NEW FEATURE โจSierra Club x HBCUs Outside are training the next generation of Black outdoor leaders ๐ฑ
Weโre excited to spotlight our partnership with , where 19 incredible student leaders from Spelman College, Morehouse College, Morehouse School of Medicine, Clark Atlanta University, Howard University, and North Carolina A&T completed the Sierra Club Chapter Outings Leader Training ๐๐พ
These leaders built skills in ethical leadership, risk management, outing planning, First Aid/CPR certification, and community-led conservation. Preparing them to lead with confidence, care, and purpose in the outdoors.

Vibes were high last week at Spelman Title IXโs De-Stress Fest ๐ฅโจBetween finals, students took a well-deserved breather, opting outside by the fire, roasting sโmores, and reconnecting with friends.

We teamed up with and for three unforgettable days of the โ24 Get Outside TSU Campus Activation! ๐ฟ
What a warm welcome ๐ Our TSU Fam showed up each day with bright smiles, endless curiosity to explore the outdoors.
Some of the best moments were the unplanned ones!
โจLike filmmaker joining in on the team dinner, and share jems with our ambassadors!
โจOr after the soulful yoga session with we turned the yard into a game zone, playing UNO beyond the event end time. ๐
โจAndโฆ during the lead hike at Percy Warner Park, we discovered the regions special rocks, wild berries,and some even got brave enough to hold๐ฆ salamanders! (the salamanders and students all survived ๐)
