The BMW RA Southern Alps Weekend hosted by Big Lynn Lodge in Little Switzerland, NC is complete and in the books. Over 50 riders from as far as California came to meet up, enjoy some rides, share a few laughs, listen to great music, and enjoy Southern hospitality at its best. We were treated to a presentation by Linda Doll Cluxton and Beth Lavinder about their adventures in motorcycling and meeting Kristján Gislason, who Is a prolific motorcyclist, photographer, and philanthropist. Music was by Bridget Gossett (please check her hot off your music streaming services, soulful rock).

Yours truly emceed the events and told some jokes (some of which landed) and led a couple rides.

It’s always fun to see old friends and make new ones.
