Georgia CTI offers 28 competitive events that align directly with Georgia’s CTAE Course Curriculum and Standards. The first standard of all Georgia CTAE courses states that a student will demonstrate employability skills required by business and industry. Georgia CTI intentionally offers a variety of competitive events that will meet this standard such as Career Exploration /Job Interview, Community/Civic Awareness, Most Improved Person, Occupational Creative Thinking, Public Speaking, School Project and Team Career Skills. Georgia CTI is a support program that encourages student participation in one of the other respective Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSO) aligned with their pathway or career goal.
