Some are born leaders, others are made leaders. Either way the title isn’t nearly as important as the characteristics within. Many desire the title but lack the skills & knowledge. To lead, you must be willing to follow & learn. To be heard, you must be willing to listen.

As leaders, it is our duty to seek proper guidance and knowledge beyond what we know and transform that into a way that’s best received by those following us. It’s a great responsibility, our responsibility, to be intentional and protect those following us. Remember, your team is only as great as you.
