Coach House

Hello Friends!!
I am putting together a get-away in a gorgeous retreat center in the Appalachian mountains of North Carolina. It is breath-taking. I am imagining moving yoga and meditation, afternoon organic lunch on the land (a permaculture farm), evening fireside chats and mindfulness practices... and falling back in love with life!

Please, let me know if this is something you would be interested in attending and/or co-hosting with me - and if so, would you prefer spring, summer or fall?

Just had a great day @ Crunch Fitness in Tucker!! A full day of hot yoga training!! I am exhausted and exhilarated at the same time!! Excited to teach.. classes starting Nov. 4th!!

No excuses! I will have all that you need.. all new mats, blankets, bolsters...
