The Qtrly
Capital. Culture. Ownership. 🎭✨
On February 28th, The Qtrly hosted our EIR Online Session: Investment Pipeline to the Arts & Broadway, a strategic conversation on how capital moves within the arts ecosystem and what it looks like to participate intentionally in Broadway and beyond.
A special thank you to our esteemed guests from Score 3 Partners, Cherine Anderson and Dana Hughes Moorhead, for their candor and clarity in breaking down the investment landscape.
At The Qtrly, we don’t just enjoy culture, we explore how to invest in it.
Last week in Los Angeles reminded us exactly why we do this.
The room was full. The dialogue was real. The intersections were powerful.
Women across industries leaning into conversation about responsibility, leadership, culture, and capital in ways that felt grounded and necessary.
And now… we take that energy to New York City.
Our Arts Immersion Weekend is about more than attending performances. It is about exploring the intersection of arts, culture, and investment. Who funds culture. Who shapes narrative. Who benefits from creative capital.
We are so excited to gather a small but dynamic group of women for a deeper dive into the ecosystem of art, ownership, storytelling, and impact.
New city. Same intention.
Character. Candor. Connection. Care.
NYC, we are ready.
I’m so excited to share a first look at Beyond the Bottom Line, our very first event of 2026, happening in Los Angeles.
This experience has been on my heart for a while. It’s about more than business. It’s about purpose, access, community, and building something that actually lasts.
LA, I can’t wait to gather with you.
More details coming soon ✨

It’s not about where you are.
It’s about how it feels to be there.
This is The Qtrly.

Today, October 6th, we celebrate one of our own, , stepping into her new role as CEO of Concessions International!💼✨
At The Qtrly, our trusted network is built on authentic connection and purpose-driven leadership. Nikki has embodied both from the very beginning.
As we step into our next season under the theme "Leaders in the Living Room," she reminds us what leadership looks like, grounded, intentional, and full of heart.
We're so proud of you, Nikki. 💫

Big congratulations to our very own Qtrly sister, Nikki Tinsley Harland
Nikki has been an anchor in The Qtrly, a voice of wisdom, a source of encouragement, and a living example of leadership rooted in grace and strength.
Today we celebrate her as she steps into her new role as CEO of Concessions International. This milestone is more than a title, it reflects her unwavering commitment, steady leadership, and the warmth and integrity she carries into every space she enters.
We are so proud to stand with you, Nikki, and to cheer you on in this next chapter.

As Q3 winds down and Q4 comes into view, I’m swaddled in the power of true sisterhood. ❤
And if you know, you know: my sisterhood is my tribe. Every Monday morning, I can push forward because of these women. Their love, their transparency, and their accountability keep me honest, humble, and safe. That’s what makes The Qtrly possible.
My tribe were the original anchors of our core: Character, Candor, Connection, and Care.
Now we power forward. ATL25 | Thought Leaders in the Living Room is coming soon. Can’t stop. Won’t stop. Period.

Midweek = wrestling with a fitted sheet. 😩
Just when you get one corner down… another one pops off.
That’s how building this thing feels. Not perfect. Not always pretty. Definitely taking more time than planned. But the corners? They’re coming together.
And when I wobble, my sisterhood pulls it tight, catching me and reminding me why I started.

Labor Day isn’t about putting away your whites.
It’s about honoring the labor, seen and unseen, of women who built, carried, and continue to lead.
For generations, Black women have done the heavy lifting:
✦ Inside the home and outside of it.
✦ Raising families and raising companies.
✦ Shaping culture and shaping boardrooms.
This Labor Day, The Qtrly honors the women who turn labor into legacy, C-suite Black women whose brilliance is rewriting the future of leadership.
