Flip Productivity

The Flip Productivity™ System starts with the Flip Book. One side is for planning, and the other is for producing. You'll be the envy of your friends as you are flipping back and forth like a ninja. It includes a workshop, planning principles, and coaching. The goal is to get to you playing, only the playing we're talking about is not more time at the beach. It's being your best self - at home, at work...in life.

Flip Tip #11: Develop an action program. Turning your ideas into action is the key to fruitful, productive living. The things you hope for will become tangible as you move forward. Organize what you need to accomplish into categories. Write them down, and keep all of your action items in one place so that you won't lose track from day-to-day or waste time rewriting them when you don't complete them on the day you intended. http://ow.ly/dnET306SGCp

Flip Tip #10: Track money and contacts. Your greatest tangible assets are money and people, and your productivity will ultimately depend on how you steward your money and cultivate your relationships. We use a high percentage of our time to get money. Conversely, money often determines how we spend our time. http://ow.ly/diij306SGn6

Flip Tip #8: Produce more with 5 Habits–Organizing, Tracking, Acting, Waiting, & Scheduling. According to James 2: 20, "...faith without works is dead". Dreaming, imagining, and positive thinking without doing gets you nowhere. Your habits are the deciding factor in your productivity. http://ow.ly/gXyT306SFlM

Organizing – The key to producing is organizing your efforts into projects.
Tracking – We use a high percentage of our time to get money, and money often determines how we spend our time. Record how you Sow, Spend, and Save your money on your Triple S Ledger.
Acting – Ask yourself, "What Action is required to Complete the next Task?" Use the Flip A.C.T.™ List and Sticky Notes to organize your action program.
Waiting – Record the tasks that get delayed because you have to wait for something else to happen on your Flip Wait List.
Scheduling – We all start each day with exactly the same allotment of time. It's how we use it that makes the difference. Use the Flip Time Sheet to track and schedule your time in 15-minute increments, 24 hours a day.
