How honest are you about what you know—and what you’ve done about it? You know you’re oversaturating certain areas in your life, but you haven’t moved on that information. It’s time to make the necessary adjustments.

Information alone won’t sustain you. Your intentions are now on display. What will you change?

Need support making that adjustment? Grab the April Showers Drill and work through it on your own, or become an Aligned Member to get the full drill and webinar replay. Make a move today that sets you up better tomorrow.

Pay attention to who shows up for the gossip—but not your growth.
In this season, everything is being revealed. The rain doesn’t just grow what’s planted—it exposes what’s been sitting in the soil around you. Watch closely. Not just what’s growing in your life, but who’s drawn to what. Everyone isn’t here for your elevation.

I started this session with a confession—this April Showers drill hit me harder than anything we’ve done, because it forced me to look at what I’m actually growing.

What you’re watering is what’s producing in your life. And if we’re honest, some of us are pouring into things that don’t deserve that much of us, while the areas we keep saying “I’ll get to” stay untouched.

That’s the gap. We stay aware, but we never take ownership—so nothing really changes.

This is the kind of conversation we’re having inside Aligned. Not just insight, but accountability. Not just hearing it, but actually doing something with it.

If you’ve been looking for a space where you can be real about where you are and actually shift it, come join us.

April showers don’t just grow things—they expose what you’ve been overwatering.

Not everything in your life needs that much of you. Not every relationship requires your constant energy. Not every situation deserves your emotional investment.

Take a step back and notice the pattern:
Where are you pouring consistently but leaving depleted?
Where are you giving more than what’s sustainable for you?

And a lot of us have gotten used to making sure everyone else is okay while quietly running ourselves dry.
We’re quick to maintain connections, but slow to maintain ourselves.
Quick to ask, “Why am I so drained?” without recognizing how often we put ourselves last.

At some point, it’s not just what’s happening to you—it’s what you’re allowing.

You’re not meant to support everything and lose yourself in the process.

Start watering your own needs—your energy, your boundaries, your goals, your peace. Not in a selfish way, but in a sustainable way.

Because when you’re well-resourced, everything in your life benefits.
And when you’re not, everything eventually reflects that too.

Be intentional about what you keep pouring into.

Your life will grow in that direction.

Did this resonate with you? If so, grab the April showers distinction drill to bring focus to this topic in your own life.

Water what you care about, or watch it fade.

It’s easy to say something matters. What’s harder is showing it—daily, consistently, without needing the perfect moment.

This month is about tightening that gap. Paying attention to where your time and energy actually go, and making sure what you care about is being cared for in return.

Growth follows what you water.
If it matters, it should show up.

Join me April 9th at 8PM EST.
