We met on Clash Of clans, the mobile game. I thought he was a girl because if his name, and he was actually of a friend mutual friend. We started talking and exchanged emails. We completed each other’s sentences and told each other everything, but we never met. This continued for 2 years, and we decided it was better we stopped talking. I wrote to him a bit later to check in, and he mentioned he would be in Bangalore and asked if I would like to meet. I couldn’t meet him because I was heading out that day. But I changed my plans and stayed. We met. I had never seen a picture of him. Just a pixelated low resolution image on Gmail. This tall guy with a brown beard wearing a stark t-shirt walks towards me and I was in shock. We met again the next day. We never talked about our feelings. It was on the night of my birthday before going to sleep that he said that he loved me.
