A few months ago we started growing a personal garden. Some items that we planted are: carrots, beets, cabbage, cauliflower, watermelon, collard greens, spinach and much more. (This is the progress so far)

When it comes to your help you have to do what you have to do to be healthy. Scientists with various studies have said drinking out of copper vessels and perhaps cooking your food out of copper vessels can have healing and health benefits. If you can afford them items made out of copper might make great gifts to keep friends and loved ones healthy
