Two weeks out from Wine and Dine Challenge. 10 Miler next Sunday but that’s TBD as my left hip as been cranky.

I’m at airport to return home - but glad to have run the BMW Berlin Marathon, and traveled through Germany!

I may need some time off for a cranky hip situation, we shall see.

Next up is the Atlanta Track Club 10 miler, Wine and Dine Weekend and Thanksgiving HM. Of course, if my body allows me. 🤞🏼🤞🏼
