The Kennesaw State University String Project is an initiative that began in the Fall of 2012. The program is sponsored by the KSU School of Music and housed at Pitner Elementary School in Kennesaw. The String Project provides an opportunity for 4th and 5th grade students (as of the 2014-2014 academic year) to receive instruction on the violin, viola, cello, or double bass.
