Bloating is very common with the typical American diet. 🤰🏾However, sometimes we need more help than just extra water and fiber to rid ourselves of that full, uncomfortable feeling. Try taking a daily probiotic. Specifically one that is refrigerated, in a capsule containing Lactobaccilus plantarum, Lactobaccilus acidophilus, Lactobaccilus brevis, Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Bifidobacterium longum (to name a few).
