We are looking for an experienced Recruiting Specialist with strong communication skills and a solid background in interviewing applicants. The ideal candidate should be confident in screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the full recruitment process.

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview qualified applicants
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain organized recruitment records and applicant updates
• Assist with job postings and other recruitment-related tasks

Qualifications.
• Previous experience as a Recruiter, Recruiting Specialist, or similar role
• Strong background in interviewing and applicant screening
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring needs
• Experience with remote hiring or virtual staff recruitment is a plus

Is this you?
• Experience working from home (home office/high speed internet/quite workspace)
• Superior English language proficiency
• Run Facebook ad campaigns and contents for business
• Must be able to design the ad creative, write the ad copy, and launch the campaign.
• Take drafted blog posts and press releases, optimize for SEO and publish to the website.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
• Are you tech-savvy VA to support our VP of Operations?

Key Responsibilities
• Run Facebook ad campaigns
• Take drafted blog posts and press releases, optimize for SEO, and publish to the website under individual URLs.
• Assist with Facebook ad creation and management
• Design the ad creative, write the ad copy, and launch the campaign
• Research tasks as assigned
• General administrative support to keep the VP focused on high-level work.
• Assist with onboarding new users.

Skill/Qualifications
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Has an understanding of AI based platforms (ex. Chat GPT, Google Gemini)
• Proven experience running Facebook ads specifically.
• Comfortable with tech tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Workspace and CMS Platform)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
