I met Nyzier Matthews when he was just 7 years old. Just a kid with a dream, a spark, and a heart full of potential. Today, I’m watching that same kid step into manhood with strength, resilience, and character that can’t be taught it’s earned.
While others rush to the spotlight, Nyz is embracing the grind. He’s taking a different route, a detour that most wouldn’t understand but real ones know… detours build discipline, pressure creates diamonds, and patience produces greatness.
East Coast Prep isn’t a step back… it’s a setup.
A setup for growth.
A setup for elevation.
A setup for everything he’s been working for.
Proud doesn’t even begin to cover it. This is my little brother, my mentee and his story is just getting started.

It’s possible. Anything you can imagine, you can achieve.
As a kid, I always dreamed of becoming successful, building a strong family, and giving back—helping the next generation of young men and women who will one day lead and own this land long after I’m gone.
I believed I could build wealth through real estate, like so many before me. But truthfully, money isn’t my “why” anymore. I’m not driven by my bank account. I’m driven by purpose. God already made me a promise—to bless me so I can provide, serve, and lead.
This post is for my brothers and sisters—stay focused, stay grounded, and keep going. When I saw others winning, I didn’t hate or get jealous. I got disciplined. I locked in on my craft and showed up.
For the last 9–10 months, I’ve been showing up every single day for my company . And now, we’re starting to see the blessings come back.
I’m not even close to where I want to be in 2026—but one thing is certain… the train is moving.
Stay patient. Stay hungry. Your time is coming. đź’Ż
