Sweat Sisters, here’s the tea… once you hit 40, it’s super obvious who’s been taking care of themselves and who hasn’t. Your fitness dips, and your skin starts telling the story of all those late nights, dehydration, and not-so-great choices. ⁠

Did you know that muscle mass and strength start dropping off after 30? Yeah, and it speeds up after 65. But don’t stress! Even just 1% better every day adds up big time. The CDC says we should aim for 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week and throw in some strength and balance work twice a week. Let’s do this. You’ve got a lot of good years ahead! 💪⁠
