As the son of a Baptist preacher, Dr. Dukes has forged a path of innovation and excellence throughout his career. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and MBA from Charleston Southern University, and a Doctor of Business Administration from Georgia State University, where his groundbreaking research introduced a novel model for assessing and enhancing Change Readiness.
Currently an Assistant Professor of Management at North Greenville University in Tigerville, SC, Dr. Dukes is at the forefront of program development, including the exciting launch of a new Supply Chain Management Concentration set to start in fall 2024. His dedication to fostering individual and institutional success shines through in his work and research.
Dr. Dukes also offers valuable resources through The Readiness for Change Institute, where his course "Mastering the First Year Experience at Christian Colleges" provides essential guidance for thriving in college.
