Wellness Wednesday. As busy moms we tend to put our family and friends before our selves. I am here to tell you it’s not ok.
In order to take care of others we first have to take care of us. When your on a plane they tell you to put your mask on first then help others to put theirs on. It may seem hard at first but your family and friends will appreciate it you taking care of yourself.
