In today's modern world, we find ourselves spending more and more time sitting, whether it's at work, or in front of computers. Compared to the physical labor of years past, this sedentary lifestyle is taking a toll on our health. However, we don't need to completely overhaul our routines to combat this issue. By making a few simple tweaks and incorporating regular physical activity into our lives, we can create an active lifestyle that ensures mobility throughout our lives.
Here's a plan to get you started:
1️⃣ Walking 3 Times a Week: Walking is a fantastic low-impact exercise that can be easily incorporated into our daily lives. Aim to walk for at least 30 minutes, three times a week.
2️⃣ Strength Workouts Twice a Week: Strength training is crucial for maintaining a healthy body. It helps to increase muscle strength, improve bone density, boost metabolism, and enhance overall functionality.

Tips for Success:
• Make it a priority
• Find a workout buddy or group
• Listen to your body
• Celebrate WINS!

This is your opportunity to step out of your comfort zone, embrace the thrill of personal growth, and make yourself proud.

Join us this Wednesday 6:00am in the parking lot at Reformation, Woodstock. Your determination will inspire others. Don't let self-doubt hold you back—believe in yourself, take that leap, and make it happen.
