I just adore this kitchen space! From the pattern of the ceramic tile to the indoor/outdoor versatility, and I canāt forget the chevron table top. All thatās missing is me, a mimosa, the fam and some good food! š

I love the vibe in Reynoldstown! This is a historic in-town neighborhood near East Atlanta and one of the first African-American neighborhoods to develop in the city. Most of the original residents were freed slaves that worked for the Georgia railroad (CSX rail line). Currently, it's considered one of the most diverse areas inside the perimeter and attracts young families, single professionals, artists, and students. The BeltLine is close by too! You can experience great dining, shopping, and a strong community overall.
The average sales price in Reynoldstown is $414,832 and homes stay on the market an average of 37 days based on April's figures.
