Juneteenth is a powerful reminder of freedom, justice, and hope. Juneteenth marks the day in 1865 when enslaved African Americans in Galveston, Texas finally learned of their freedom…over two years after the Emancipation Proclamation. We honor the resilience of those who endured and commit ourselves to walk in love, unity, and truth.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” (2 Corinthians 3:17).

JESUS came to set the captives free. Happy Juneteenth!
