So I started this habit a couple months ago and it has completely changed my mindset. Maybe this could help you as well..

Start over Saturday:
-Clear your mind by taking a few deep breaths. -Now recall anything in the past week that has stressed you, bothered you, made you feel like you have failed, any mistakes you think you made, things you should have done but didn’t, etc.
-Take another deep breath.
-Then say- “I am not defined by these things, I am made for more. I control my life. I let go of these negative thoughts and look forward to a new week full of new opportunities.”

Absolutely! I may have my moments of doubt, but when I do I look myself in the mirror (even on my hot mess days) and say-
Self.. you may think you are a little person to some, but to others you are a ROCKSTAR! You may feel like you are not great at this moment, but you are a million times better than the person you used to be and you are not finished yet!

Everyday is a new opportunity to be better, to help someone, and most importantly- love each other more than yesterday, because you never know what tomorrow brings. ❤️

If there is one thing I hope all my clients understand it is- You can not let the negative voice in your head hold you back from what you want.
