He holds an M.F.A. in Performing Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and a B.A. in Film from Paine College in Augusta, GA. His screen credits include Emperor, produced by Reginald Hudlin; Genius: MLK/X, produced by Reggie Rock Bythewood and Gina Prince-Bythewood; and Nate Parker’s The Birth of a Nation.
