Selig Enterprises is proud to announce the promotion of Malloy Peterson to Chief Operating Officer.
As we enter our 108th year, and an exciting new chapter under leadership of Co-CEOs Mindy Selig and Greg Lewis, the company is advancing a strategic vision focused on expanding our development pipeline, strengthening operations and deepening the long-term relationships that have defined Selig for over a century. Malloy’s appointment as COO is central to that vision. In her new role, she will lead our operational initiatives, optimize performance and continue building the talented team that drives our success.
Since joining in 2017, Malloy has served as lead development executive for The Works, the 80-acre mixed-use development on Atlanta’s Upper Westside, and contributed to landmark projects including 1105 West Peachtree.

Selig says Go Dawgs! With our company’s deep history intertwined with the University of Georgia—and Steve Selig, our President and Chairman of the Board, as a proud UGA alum—we’re cheering on the Dawgs as they take on the Alabama Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship in Atlanta this Saturday. 🐾🏈

This year marked the 10th year Selig has hosted the Oakcliff Industrial Court's Tenant Appreciation Cookout! Employees at Oakcliff came together to celebrate with a delicious catered lunch by Tim Morgan, live music from Scott Thompson, Selig hats and beanies created by Oakcliff tenant Oofnik Printing, and exciting raffle prizes. We are grateful to gather year after year to celebrate our incredible tenants — including some who have been part of the Selig family since the property first opened in the 70s.
Did you know Selig owns and manages a portfolio of 15 million square feet across the Southeast? We have over 250 retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties with more than 1,200 tenants.
