I’m transitioning away from direct-contact sparring while keeping my focus on hand, ground, and standing target coaching when kickboxing with you all. At 53 years old, it’s time to reduce unnecessary wear and tear on my body. No more punching and kicking me directly just for fun 😀

To celebrate another trip around the sun, I thought I’d share a sweet moment with you all. I took this video yesterday while my sister and I were relaxing by the water at Stone Mountain, and this family of geese decided to waddle right up and join us!
