Loved this build out. once was a soaker. I readjusted the height, added a stair and tiled the surround of the tube. One of the best home owners I've ever worked for.

Thanks for my dad who taught me by hands on experience. Which gave me a sense of pride and dedication. To become who I am. Which also pushed me to seek for answers in all things. I thank the Lord for the tough SOB you where and I know I could have never matched your ability’s but together we where a team that no one could match. Love and miss you.

Finished, sub flooring repair with new life time warranty quick lock wood flooring. New vanity with top. Reset toilet and fresh paint.
