Prevent Hamstring Injuries 06/16/2017

I've been struggling with the aftermath of a hamstring pull since July of 2016. About 6 weeks ago I discovered Dr. Andreo Spina and have become obsessed with his methods. (I am signed up to take a training with him in September too! YAY!) This hamstring exercise of his that I've been practicing for about 6 weeks has helped my hamstring feel normal again and I am finally able to use it how I want to! This is HUGE for me!!

The Trigger Point MB5 ball has recently become my favorite mobility tool! Much larger than a lacrosse ball, this ball makes it easy to get into tough places. I've already had some immense changes in some trouble spots from using this thing for only one week. Want to try it out?
