“One of the number one questions I get is:
👉 ‘What program should I do? Does this one work? What about that one?’
My answer is always the same:
The best program is the one you’re actually going to stick with.
Over the last two decades, I’ve trained every way you can imagine. High volume. Low volume. Strength. Bodybuilding. Cross-training. You name it.
Guess what? They all worked. But not because the program itself was magical — it worked because I didn’t stop working.
It’s not about finding the perfect plan.
It’s about finding the one you’ll show up for, week after week.
👉 So here’s my challenge for you: instead of asking “which program is best,” ask yourself, ‘Which program can I be consistent with?’ That’s the real secret.
And just so you know — I didn’t start with an advantage. I’ve never had “great genetics.” I started at the bottom, and the only reason I’ve made progress is because I kept going when it would’ve been easier to quit. These pics are the proof.
