Every once in a while, you have to design something for yourself instead of everyone else… ultimately it’s still for someone else as it just got listed…  Our actual  dream house is up the road from here and due to be completed shortly.

Here was a fun little project we finished recently.

Finally got a preview of the interior for this Lake House I designed a year and a half ago. One of my favorite designs to date. I was able to pull off 7500 ft.² on .3 acres along with all the septic Leitchfield, etc.

I made the customer a deal and told him I would give his money back if I was not able to design a beautiful house at least 6000 ft.² that all fit on the little lake lot.

So when I say “we aim to exceed your expectations” I mean it!

Finished photos will be shot in another few months when the grass is green.
