This is a new one on me. By first glance I thought it was either a MB G-Wagon or maybe an older Land Cruiser used in Africa. But it is a new company called Ineos out of France (not sure I trust French cars, but it makes since it is sold through some Alfa Romeo dealerships). It uses a BMW 3.0l engine and sells new starting at about $74,900 (before new tariffs if that changes things).
