Hers is where both daily routine and welcome distractions find expression, appealing to ambitious working women of all ages who regard their lifestyle as much as their career. It’s for women who have to work and for those who love to work on everything from finance and family to their health and themselves in general. It includes features that help women forge a sense of self through health, beauty, relationships, family, spirituality, entertainment, and travel.
This 40-year-old working mother reflects on her career-focused path, saying she bought into the idea that women can “have it all” (career, family, fulfillment) but now feels it isn’t worth the strain on her family. She wants to step away from the corporate grind to focus on being present for her two kids and home life, urging others to prioritize family over career.

Autumn Durald Arkapaw made history at the 98th Academy Awards on March 15, 2026, becoming the first woman (and first woman of color) to win Best Cinematography in 98 years. Before this win, only four women had ever been nominated in the category’s history: Rachel Morrison(Mudbound, 2018), Ari Wegner (The Power of the Dog, 2021), Mandy Walker (Elvis, 2022), and Durald Arkapaw herself.
