Flat-Out Auto is looking for a full-time Sales Specialist to join our team.

What we need:
Someone with real automotive industry experience - especially in aftermarket accessories, customization, wheels/tires, suspension, tint, lighting, audio, or related sales. This is not an entry-level role, this is a career position. We need someone who understands the industry, can communicate professionally, build relationships and trust with customers, and close deals the right way.
You must be:
-Reliable
-Highly motivated
-Honest and transparent
-Strong with customer service
-Organized and able to follow through
-Ready to work hard and represent our brand well
If your only experience is helping install a lift kit in a garage once upon a time, this probably isn't the fit. We need proven experience and professionalism.
