Jackson County’s heating up this summer with over $70M in sales and 153 homes sold—both up 16.8% from last month! Median price dipped slightly. Average 62 days on the market.

Barrow’s keeping it steady! Prices jumped 4.1% even though sales volume and units sold took a dip. Inventory’s still moving with 225 new listings hitting the market. Average 44 days on the market.

Banks is tiny but mighty! There was a price jump of 7.5%, even as sales slowed. Average 37 days on the market. Only 11 homes sold—but those that did were worth more. Ok Banks, I see you!
