Graffiti Team Building with Matrix Adhesives round 2! This event was a hit and it’s always enjoyable to work with such amazing people. The crew chose to paint the phrase “CREATIVE BONDS” and incorporate the logos for Matrix and Newstar Adhesives along with symbols representing the companies 5 core values. I love the theme because it represents team building in that the experience of creating a masterpiece together certainly builds bonds and the company manufactures and distributes adhesives so the tie in is fantastic!

During our time we discussed the meaning of their values which are Create Bonds, Empower Our People, Collaborate, Innovative, and Take Ownership. In addition to painting their graffiti style masterpiece, the crew got to rock a breakin cypher with .flowers.14 !

The finished artwork will be permanently displayed in the office break room.

Graffiti Team Building with Amazon was a cultural experience all around! This crew chose to paint DAY 1 ATL which represents Amazon’s DAY 1 culture of always putting customers at the center of everything. They are focused on being innovative, maintaining a long term focus, willing to be experimental, and embrace failures. It’s always DAY 1 at Amazon.

In addition to painting their graffiti style masterpiece in collaboration, this team also got to cut and scratch on the turntables and rock a breakin cypher with . They also each took home part of their artwork as a “graffiti slice” on canvas boards!
