Atlanta Veg Fest 2021: The Parking Lot Edition! ✅ As per usual, we stuffed our faces, saw our veg friends, bought merch, and enjoyed the fresh air. Thanks to Leigh and Atlanta Veg Fest volunteers for bringing us all together! 💚

It's gettin' cold out, but we're out here doing some fine motor skills and movement with "Draw What I Draw" and some chalk outside.

The Atlanta vegan community is such a warm, comforting space, and we’re so lucky to have each other as friends! Leah Garces hosted a Halloween get-together over the weekend, and it felt soooo good to see and hug these beautiful souls after so long apart. Not to mention that the vegan food spread was TOP NOTCH. I brought my veganized Mote Pillo (Hominy and Tofu scramble). The super easy and tasty recipe is on the blog at coffeeontuesday.com if you want to try it out for yourself. So grateful for these people! 💚 Becky Striepe Ryan Ellis Bulzan Rekha Pagadala Rebecca Portman

Homeschooling for the WIN today!! The kiddos read a book called “Out of Left Field” by Ellen Klages, about the struggles of girls in baseball. Then we had a celebrity guest speaker come teach them how to play the game: Meggie Meidlinger from the US Women’s National Baseball Team! 🤩 What an amazing experience! Thank you, Four Seasons Homeschool and for setting that up! Follow the team on Instagram and Twitter at !

Drove an hour and a half to check out a vegan cafe and deli in Chattanooga Your local seitanist. Delicious Bacon Chicken Ranch Tots, Chicken Fried Pickles and Bacon Tofu Egg Cheeze Bagel. It’s woman-owned/queer-led and has an adorable spooky enchanted forest decor theme. Well worth the journey. We will be back. 🙌🏼🖤🍄

A wonderful Juneteenth celebration at Atlanta Food Truck Park & Market today, despite being drenched by rain! We discovered new vendors, hugged some old friends and made some new ones. 💚 Had veggie empanadas with fried plantains from , crunchy fried cauliflower from and loaded papas from Calaveritasv (which is probably my favorite thing I’ve ever ordered from them). Thank you, Tan, for organizing!
