A Spiritual Mind Treatment Prayer for Friday:

There is One Life. One Presence. One Infinite Intelligence expressing itself in, through, and as all things. I recognize that this Divine Presence is not separate from me, it is me. It is the breath in my body, the wisdom in my mind, the peace in my spirit.

Right here and right now, I align myself with that truth.

I release the weight of this week. Every worry, every overthought, every moment where I doubted myself, I let it go. I don’t carry it into this next moment. I don’t drag it into my future. I am not bound by what was. I am renewed in what is.

I declare that I am supported. Fully. Deeply. Unconditionally. Life is for me, not against me. Doors are opening even when I cannot yet see them. Solutions are forming even before I ask the question. There is a rhythm, a divine orchestration, and I am moving in harmony with it.

This Friday, I choose peace over pressure. I choose trust over tension. I choose to rest my mind and open my heart. I allow joy to meet me, not because everything is perfect, but because I am present.

I speak prosperity into my life. I speak clarity into my decisions. I speak love into my relationships. I speak health into my body. I am not hoping for these things, I am knowing them into being.

And here’s the truth, I am already enough. I have always been enough. Nothing outside of me gets to decide that.

So I give thanks. I give thanks for the lessons, for the growth, for the unseen blessings unfolding right now. I give thanks for what is already done in the invisible, making its way into my visible experience.

I release this word into the Law, knowing it cannot return void. It is done. It is sealed. It is unfolding now.

And so it is.
