I’m just so proud of my son. He’s out here navigating the world; in college, working, and stacking his chips.

He’s a very good mix and myself and his dad. Calm, collected, kind and a go-getter!

Since he became a teenager, I began speaking about ‘men with vision’. I told him men should have a vision for their lives so they can lead themselves and others into greatness.

I share the story of that’s what attracted me to his dad. His vision and how he has led our family into growth and stability.

His manager at his job sees him in management already, and he’s only 18.

No surprise here. He’s born to lead.

I remember when I used to get so nervous pitching my speaker clients for gigs. 😅

I’d second-guess my emails, feel like I was bothering people, and—truth be told—I wasn’t fully confident in my pitch.

Whew… thank God for growth.

Now, with a clear strategy for every speaker and full alignment on who we bring into ASI Speaker Agency, I move with clarity, confidence, and conviction. 🙌🏽
